About

Hi, I'm Anastasia — somatic & nervous system mentor, mother of two, former corporate strategist, and lifelong student of what makes us feel truly alive.

For much of my life, I did what I was taught would lead to success: I studied business, climbed the corporate ladder, and built a life that looked perfect on paper. Good salary, good benefits, good job title. But underneath the achievements and polished performance, something essential was missing — a sense of true alignment, joy, and meaning.

When I became a mother, that quiet dissonance turned into a roar. The world I had so carefully built no longer fit the woman I was becoming. I was no longer content to just tick the boxes. I craved something more honest, more embodied, and more deeply human.

Yoga found me during my university years, pulling me away from high-intensity workouts and into something much deeper — a quiet space to breathe, to listen, and to feel. Over time, that practice became my anchor — through pregnancies, sleepless nights, self-doubt, and transformation. It taught me how to hold space for all of me: the strong and the soft, the capable and the questioning, the steady and the still learning.

Years of further study in somatic movement, psychology, and the nervous system showed me why that practice held me the way it did — and why it was only the beginning. The Yamas (how we treat the world around us), the Niyamas (how we treat ourselves — our feelings, our self-talk, our inner voice), the Asanas (the postures themselves), and our own breathing (Pranayama) are the fundamentals — the tools that build the steadiness and safety you need before the deeper work can happen: reaching the subconscious mind, where your reactions actually live, long before you've had a chance to choose anything at all. That work happens through guided meditation, Yoga Nidra, and the reflective coaching I offer today.

In short: yoga is the starting point. The real journey goes toward a stillness that lets you shift what's running underneath — at the root. It's slower. It asks more of you than a good stretch does. And it's the only place I've found where change actually holds.

I share that work now with the women and mothers who, like me, are trying to find their way back to themselves in a world that rarely pauses. My mission: to help you move from self-sacrifice to self-worth — from overwhelm to the capacity to actually feel what's there, the anger, the grief, the tenderness, the joy, without any of it running you. Not so you feel calm all the time, but so there's room for what's real, and enough steadiness to come back to yourself afterward.

I'm deeply curious about what shapes us:

our triggers,

our inherited stories,

the patterns we carry as Millennials — raised to achieve, but not always taught how to feel.

What if we don't have to be perfect? What if we stopped chasing success and happiness the way we were taught, and started redefining them together — presence over perfection, experience as the new measure of a good life? Not just for us. For our children too.

If you're here, you're already ready for stepping onto a pathway that leads you into a new version of yourself — one who feels free from constant pressure and expectations, and grounded in clarity, confidence, and joy.

The Steppingstones on Your Path

✨ Step 1 – Honest words to guide you.
Start with blog posts or podcast episodes that meet you right where you are — written and recorded to help you start seeing your own patterns more clearly, long before you're ready for anything deeper.

✨ Step 2 – Gentle tools for daily nervous system regulation.
Take the next step with free yoga and meditation resources — practices designed to calm your body enough that you can actually notice what's happening inside it, instead of just pushing through the day.

✨ Step 3 – Turning insight into a new way of living.
At the center of it all is RECLAIM, my 8-week signature online course — your guided pathway into becoming the woman who:

  • feels confident in her choices,
  • sets boundaries with ease,
  • shifts from endless to-dos into meaningful moments,
  • embraces intuitive, heart-centered parenting,
  • and finally feels free from external pressures and societal expectations.

➡️ Enroll in the Online Course

✨ Step 4 – 1:1 support for what a course can't reach.
Some things don't shift in a class or even in a live group online course. If you're ready for support shaped around your actual life — the reaction you wish you could stop before it happens, the pattern you can see but can't yet change, the boundary that still comes with guilt attached — this is where we go deeper, together.

1:1 coaching meets you exactly where you are:

seeing the pattern clearly with The Clarity Session,

building a new path over three months in The Self-Trust Journey, or

making that new way of responding automatic across six months with The Reclaim Intensive.

My Mission

To help you come home to yourself — not the version you were told to be, but the version that feels true.

This work goes beyond yoga. It’s about becoming more present, more resilient, and more you. I'm honored to walk this path with you.

Together, we’ll step outside the comfort zone and into growth — not with force, but with intention and trust.

Here, you'll discover the stepping stones to transformation: from small, powerful wins like navigating a sleepless night and turning it into deep restoration through intentional evening rituals — such as the Ten Stairs to Stillness — to the larger shift into becoming a woman who leads with her whole heart.

A woman who loves her family and herself equally. Who knows how to set boundaries, regulate her nervous system, and use both mental and physical tools to take meaningful action for her well-being. A woman who understands that caring for herself is just as vital as caring for her children, her partner, her career — or anyone else.

Learn to name your needs, care for them with compassion, and watch how every other area of your life begins to align.

This Is an Invitation

I stand behind every woman who's ready to break old patterns and grow into who she actually is — for her own emotional wellbeing, and for the strength it gives her to hold space for the next generation, too.

Whatever's on your mind right now, bring it. Use this free 20-minute call to talk it through with me, live, one on one.
